I'm an entrepreneurial character (female) who loves to travel. Between 6-12 times a year I hit the airport and jet off to places far and wide. I am very much ANTI package deal and consider myself of more of an independent traveller looking for new experiences but sticking with a 4star plus lifestyle. Taking a bus or an airport coach transfer is not for me. A private transfer or hire a car and working it all out is more my idea of the way to get about.
Myself and husband work hard. We can't take a year out for travel but we can certainly take the time to holiday regularly and look for those pockets of unspoilt yet fun paradise.
With two young step daughters, once a year we will suffer the peak season of school holidays and indulge in some family fun in a children friendly resort.
In the main my stories are of my experience travelling far and wide as a late 30's couple who enjoy good standards, unusual sites and a chilled out atmosphere. Life is for living, the world has to be far greater than our wonderful home town of Milton Keynes!

These days I look for a good 4 star+ service, steering clear of the masses and finding those quirky, fun and different places to experience.
